Position title: International cooperation assistant

Role: 

Under the direct supervision of the Head of International Cooperation the incumbent of the post will be responsible for the following duties:

• Management of international projects under different framework such Erasmus+ KA1 and KA2, OFAJ etc.
• Ensure the proper execution of activities on the local level in collaboration with international partners
• Organize international mobilities 
• Coordinate with other departments (logistics, communication, and finance) for the implementation of the projects. 
• Maintain a continuous relationship with the beneficiaries, partners and stakeholders of the assigned projects.
• Supporting visitors’ trips and delegations domestically and abroad 

Time Commitment: 

∙ 7 hours a day, 35 hours a week, 5 days a week.

Eligibility Criteria:

• One year of experience in international cooperation, international or national project managment, or any related field 
• Experience in Tunisian Civil Society or international organization
• Experience in the production and delivery of multilingual reports
• Experience and flexibility in international business mobilities
• Knowledge of E+ funds and grants are a relevant additional qualification 
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• University degree in international relations, management, political or social science, or related field is an asset
• Fluency in written and spoken English. Any other language is an asset
