PROGRAMME COORDINATOR – ICTJ Tunisia office

The International Centre for Transitional Justice (ICTJ) assists countries pursuing accountability for past mass atrocity or human rights abuse. The Centre works in societies emerging from repressive rule or armed conflict, as well as in established democracies where historical injustices or systemic abuse remains unresolved. ICTJ seeks a Programme coordinator for its Tunisia office.

Main Responsibilities :

Administration

• Coordinate schedules and all administrative and logistical aspects of meetings, travel and other programming

• Manage the administrative work such as internal/external correspondence

• Handle meeting notes & reports; and conduct ad hoc tasks & special projects as needed

Office Organisation

• Organise and maintain office filing system

• Coordinate necessary maintenance and repairs

• Coordinate mail and courier services

• Maintain office supplies

• Manage vendors and service providers

• Support ICTJ’s online and media strategies and communication goals in Tunisia

• Ensure the daily press review about developments related to the transitional justice process

• Create a date base/portfolio of Tunisian interlocutors
