شروط الترشّح

• more than 10 years of experience in democracy support or specifically in one of the key impact areas – Electoral Processes, Political Participation and Representation, Constitution Building;
• a minimum of five years’ experience in working with adult learning;
• experience in designing adult learning curricula using various methodologies (interactive learning, mini-lectures/power points, online reading and research);
• a comprehensive understanding of building democratic institutions and processes specifically and awareness of the impact of gender, conflict and diversity on these;
• familiarity with the work of International IDEA and the wide range of its policies, knowledge resources, tools and their content;
• familiarity with the work of other organizations and their resources (including but not limited to the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE), Venice Commission, Council of Europe, the United Nations etc.);
• experience in conducting needs assessments and analysis, and project design would be a strong advantage;
• experience in related work in the WANA region is required;
• experience in leadership skills training would be an asset
