Position title: ICT Officer

Reports to: Communications

Department: ICT – Communication

Location: Tunis, Tunisia

  • Background

  • Mission of the Department

The ICT function under the leadership of the communication department ensures the digital backbone of WWF North Africa’s operations, enabling efficient communication, secure data management, and digital transformation. It supports the organization’s strategic objectives by maintaining ICT infrastructure, managing digital platforms, and ensuring compliance with WWF International ICT standards.

  • Major Functions

The ICT Officer is responsible for managing and maintaining the office’s ICT systems, digital platforms, and website, while supporting staff onboarding and digitalization of operational processes. The role includes developing and maintaining business applications using Microsoft Power Platform to streamline organizational workflows. The role combines technical expertise in web development and platform management with ICT infrastructure administration and security compliance.

  • Major Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Website and Digital Platforms

Maintain and update the office website and ensure its security and performance.

Redesign and optimize the website to improve functionality and user experience.

Manage and update digital platforms as required by programs and operations.

Oversee hosting, domain renewals, and related services.

  1. ICT Infrastructure & Network Management

Provide daily technical support for staff (hardware, software, connectivity).

Configure, install, and maintain ICT equipment (workstations, printers, routers, servers).

Manage user accounts and access rights within organizational systems.

Ensure compliance with WWF International ICT policies and security standards.

Coordinate with WWF International for migrations, updates, and audits.

  1. Staff Digital Onboarding

Create accounts and grant access to WWF systems for new staff.

Provide training and user guides on ICT tools and best practices.

Support offboarding processes to ensure data security.

  1. Digitalization of Operational Processes and Business Applications

Support the development of digital workflows for procurement, finance, and HR.

Assist in implementing platforms for contract and supplier management.

Facilitate digital archiving and document traceability.

Develop and maintain custom business applications using Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Dataverse).

Create automated workflows to streamline registration, data collection, and reporting processes.

Build interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI for data-driven decision making.

  • Profile

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Certifications such as Microsoft MCSA and Cisco CCNA are an advantage; Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-100, PL-200, or PL-900) are a plus.
  • 3–5 years of experience in ICT systems administration and web development, with exposure to low-code/no-code platforms preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of network management and ICT security.

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Experience in website development (CMS) and platform hosting.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI) for building business applications.
  • Understanding of database design and data management principles.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Fluency in English and French required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
  • Ability to train staff and produce user-friendly guides.

  • Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to optimize ICT processes and support digital transformation

  • Working Relationships

Internal: Reports to Communications; works closely with Operations, P&C, and Conservation teams.

External: WWF International ICT and Auditing teams; external service providers.

Critères d'éligibilité
