We are looking to recruit a « Quality Head », on behalf of one of our firms, located in the governorate of Nabeul.

Mission / General Tasks and duties:

Your main tasks are as follows:

·                     Ensure compliance of the quality system regarding the relevant regulations in the plant.

·                      Manage the Quality Organization.

·                     Continuous improvement of the quality system

·                     Cross-departmental Collaboration with all departments within the plant.

·                     Ensuring that processes needed for the quality management system are established, implemented, and maintained

·                     Reporting to senior management on the performance of the quality management system any need for improvement and any potential critical issues.

·                     Ensuring the promotion of awareness of regulatory and customer requirements throughout the organization.

·                     Manage complaints and perform investigation using internal workflow

·                      Cooperation with the logistics department to ensure a stable and compliant Supplier Management process.

·                     Monitor and manage changes in SOPs and related quality documents as well as protocols, reports and validations relating to the product and process as required by the VMP.

·                     Prepare and manage the annual budget for the Department Quality Assurance and maintain quality requirements within established budgets

·                     Ensure effective communication of all quality data to the Executive Team of the plant and make the necessary improvements in product quality.

Qualification requirements:

Technical skills:

  • Engineering diploma in Engineer in Quality or a related field from a reputable Tunisian university or equivalent
  • Senior Director QA/QC Disposable Devices
  • Proven experience (7 to 10 years) in a similar position within an industrial firm in medical devices or pharmaceutical
  • Good Knowledge of the requirements of ISO 9001 & EN ISO 13485 standards besides to good Knowledge of statistical methods used in quality assurance
  • Good planning, organizational and excellent communication skills, with the ability to work in a group setting
  • A proven experience in handling multiple concurrent tasks and meeting strict deadlines.
  • Knowledge of MS Office and ERP Systems & processes
  • Excellent command of French and English
