Main responsibilities:
Manage and deliver administrative documents (work certificates, work certificates, etc.)
Maintain employee records in accordance with organizational policies
Assist in the development and improvement of organizational policies and procedures
Help with recruitment activities (preselection, preparation of the interview schedule, management of technical tests, etc.)
Support the integration process for new hires
Manage the health insurance process and coordinate with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
Monitor and respond to employee requests and questions
Provide administrative support in the development and delivery of HR solutions, programs and processes, including data collection and integration as well as its interpretation or analysis
Perform other Human Resources related tasks as needed
