Main Purpose:
MSF is a civil society initiative that brings together individuals committed to the assistance of other human beings in crisis. As such MSF is by choice an association.
Each individual working with MSF does it out of conviction and is ready to uphold the values and principles of MSF.
Execute administrative, Recruitment, HR and legal related tasks to support the HRO- Recruiter following MSF standards and procedures, to ensure legal compliance and to realize the HR capacity required to achieve the recruitment objectives.
Accountabilities

  • Filtering of received Resumes according to MSF general criteria and respond to applications in a professional and timely manner.
  • Phone Screening with the applicants, answering applicant questions in liaison with the HRO.
  • Directing high potential candidates to apply through the recruitment link, providing them with all required
    / necessary documents
  • Assisting the HRO in processing the applications through the HERO system
  • Organize a filing system; soft & hard copies, make sure that all field workers’ files are up to date
  • Assist the HRO to Organize recruitment events / meetings.
  • Support / follow up on visas appointments with embassies for international staff.
  • Direct the international staff on how and where to obtain the necessary vaccinations
  • Reference checks for the accepted candidates, contacting the relevant associations to check on the candidates’ license / certificates.
  • Help the HRO in Briefing the departures.
  • Additional HR/ Admin tasks as delegated by the HRO Manager.

This job description may be amended in line with the activities.
Salary: 703 TND (Gross salary)

Critères d'éligibilité

  • Education :Desirable: legal or administration related diploma.
  • Experience : Essential: demonstrable working experience in a comparable position.
  • Desirable: experience in MSF or another NGO in a similar role
  • Languages : Excellent French C1 & Arabic Language fluency / English is a plus
  • Knowledge : Essential: computer literacy (word, excel, internet)
