The goal of the Position: the graphic designer translates ideas into visual conceptions by graphic tools. 

Role:  

• Particpate in the visual identity of « Jhar »
• Create visual communications
• Create visual conception on social media 

Responsibilities:  

• Design web pages, brochures, logos, signs, books, magazine covers, annual reports,  advertisements, and other communication materials. 
• Preparing the plannings of social media visual content in advance
• • Create visual communication conceptions (podcast, videos, posts)
• Preparing rough drafts of material based on an agreed brief. 
• Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements if required.
• Liaising with collaborators to determine their requirements. 
• Performs other duties as required. 

Qualifications: 

• Excellent knowledge with Adobe pack and Canva 
• Creativity and innovation 
• Excellent time management and organizational skills 
• Accuracy and attention to detail 
• Professional approach to time, costs, and deadlines. 
• Good English Skills 
• A team enthusiast. 

Time Commitment: 

• 8 hours per day, 40 hours a week, 5 days per week.  

Site: 

• Communication Department of “Jhar” 

Supervision/Training: 

• Monthly supervision/training groups are provided by the Head of Communication.  • Individual meetings with the Head of Communication when necessary.  • External growth and training opportunities when possible.
