Tech Villa is a boutique coworking space located in the heart of La Marsa that is focused on startups and digital innovation. It provides a platform for launching digital innovations and a support structure. Tunis Tech Villa is focused on tech. Our vision is to create a thriving community of like minded tech enthusiasts & bringing great minds together.
We are looking for a full time person to manage Tunis Tech Villa.

Key Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Front office:
Help peers in their daily request related to the space
Set and implement Tunis Tech villa guidelines in order to maintain structure of working space
Processing new memberships & Guide different visitors

Space management:

Check that the office is tidy : cable management, table cleanliness, perfume diffuser lighted…
Manage the physical space of Tunis Tech Villa ensuring that it is clean, professional and well-organized
Maintain a balanced environment of a study, working, and socializing space

Marketing & community outreach

Answering within 1 hour all the message in TTV social media
Promote Tunis Tech villa events and programs
Weekly 3 different content for instagram and facebook for TTV and Linkedin

Events:
Plan and host weekly activities: guest speakers, workshops, presentations, free film screenings …

Grant writing:

Write high-quality grant proposal narratives, applications, and supporting documents
Responsible for researching, collecting data, and writing of each grant
Manage the proposal submission process to ensure timely submission of all required materials.
Conduct prospect research to identify, cultivate and solicit new grants
Perform other duties as assigned
