Position: Market Research Analyst
Location: Tunis
Start Date: October 1, 2018
Financial Services Volunteer Corps is looking for a highly-motivated and analytical individual to act as a Tunis-based Market Research Analyst to help strengthen market research capabilities of Business Support Organizations (BSOs) in Tunisia. The position entails frequent travel in the regions in Tunisia as needed. Fluency in English along with extensive knowledge of Tunisia’s SME sector is a pre-requisite (these may be tested).
Key job functions include:
- Conduct research and collect/analyze data
- Evaluate and interpret collected data
- Design marketing plans & strategies
- Prepare reports and submit strategic proposals on market feasibility & competition analysis
- Support Monitoring and Evaluation efforts
شروط الترشّح
- Bachelor’s degree in Business and Economics or a closely related field
- Extensive experience in marketing research and analysis
- Strong skills in quantitative research, and proven ability in data interpretation
- Hands on experience in project management
- Familiar with standard analysis strategies, technologies and tools that are used to perform marketing research, data analysis, and cost/expense management
- Trilingual - excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic, English and French
- Documentation skills - ability to prepare clear and concise client-ready documents
- Highly motivated individuals, excellent academic record is preferred
- Experience with international business and economics is preferred
- Efficiency and business acumen;
- Ability to work independently.
