Location: Tunis

Financial Services Volunteer Corps (FSVC) and its local entity (Emerging Consulting) are looking to hire a junior, talented Community Management and Communication Specialist in anticipation of its upcoming program to support effective and accountable government institutions in Tunisia. Reporting to FSVC’s regional director, the incumbent’s main role is to transcribe project’s information into meaningful content for project’s stakeholders.

The applicant is also expected to provide a general administrative, logistical and coordination support as appropriate.

Responsibilities:

• Set and implement social media and communication campaigns
• Provide engaging text, image and video content for social media accounts
• Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner
• Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews
• Organize and participate in events to build community and boost awareness
• Develop an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics
• Designing posts to sustain readers’ curiosity and creating buzz around new events
• Keep project’s team up to date on the best voice, platforms and tools on social media.
• Performs other related duties as required.
