FSVC recruits Open Data Specialist عودة إلى الفرص

Onshor is looking for a Junior-level Open Data Specialist (ODS).

ONSHOR is a program jointly implemented by the Financial Services Volunteer Corps (FSVC) and the Tunisian Association of Public Controllers (Association Tunisienne des Controleurs Publics-ATCP), with the support of the U.S. Middle-East Partnership Initiative (MEPI).  Onshor aims to stimulate the dissemination of public information and will work with select government institution to help them adopt Open Data disclosure standards.

The ODS will support Onshor’s senior management and Open Data Senior Local and International Experts in implementing the Open Data strategy with selected local and national-level government institutions. Tasks will include:

• Participating in the identification of potential datasets for selected national and local government institutions,
• Participating in various open data assessment,
• Participating in all data conversion activities and tasks necessary to assure the open data migration plan,
• Contributing to Open Data portals creation
• Implementing a Crowdsourcing strategy in cooperation with Municipalities and Civil Society Organizations,
• Organizing Datajams and Hackathons.
