Position: Program Coordinator

Financial Services Volunteer Corps (FSVC) is a top-tier, result-oriented technical assistance provider funded by U.S. Department of State to implement various economic growth projects in Tunisia.  FSVC’s Office in Tunis is looking for a highly-motivated and analytical individual to act as a Tunis-based Program Coordinator (PO) to provide program management support to senior-level consultants and experts to build the capacity of a wide range of counterparts, including business support organizations. The position entails frequent travel in the regions of Tunisia.  Fluency in English, French and Arabic along with project management experience, the ability to juggle between multiple projects, creativity and flexibility of mind, ability to work independently and commitment to standards of excellence are required.

Key job functions include:

• Coordinate project activity related to counterpart needs assessment, activity definition, preparation, implementation, reporting, communication and closeout
• Develop a network of contacts in various financial sector and business support organization areas
• Liaise closely with other staff member to support program development and project management;
• Contribute to business development activities, as needed*
