Freelance Motion Graphic Designer – BBC Media Action Retour vers les opportunités

Context:  

BBC Media Action, the BBC’s international development organisation, uses the power of media and communication to inform, connect and empower people around the world, helping them to shape their own lives. Working with broadcasters, governments, other organisations and donors, BBC Media Action provides information and stimulates positive change in the areas of governance, health, and resilience and humanitarian response. 

Our work in North Africa covers Algeria and Libya, with our office based in Tunisia. Current projects include capacity building of the Algerian media to create youth sensitive content and provision of content that improves Libyans’ access to information and encourage debate and participation in Libya’s transition through the El Kul Facebook page.

Consultancy Purpose:

BBC Media Action wishes to recruit one freelance graphic designer and animator who will be called upon as preferred suppliers from June 2021 until December 2021 for the BBC Media Action Libya Team, which includes the online media platform El Kul: https://www.facebook.com/elkul.libya/. 

The consultant will assist the El Kul Team in the creation of different formats of graphics and animated illustration  for El Kul’s various social media platforms and can also be called upon to assist the Libya Project Team with other graphic design tasks. As a preferred supplier, you will be among the first individuals to be called upon for tasks and you will not be required to take part in additional procurement procedures for these tasks. Standard rates will apply to a range of tasks, which will be determined based on this procurement process.
