Introduction

The INJAZ Tunisia’s Alumni Club is a network of former INJAZ program participants in universities. The club aims to connect alumni, provide professional development opportunities, and promote INJAZ Tunisia’s mission within universities. This document outlines the responsibilities of the Alumni Club Focal Person, who will serve as the primary liaison between INJAZ Tunisia and the club members.

Responsibilities :

• Growth and Development:
  • Collaborate with INJAZ Tunisia staff to develop and execute strategies for attracting new members to the Alumni Club.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to increase member engagement and participation in club activities.
  • Identify and propose opportunities for collaboration between the Alumni Club and other university organizations.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive club environment that encourages networking and professional development among members.
• Coordination :
  • Facilitate communication between INJAZ Tunisia staff and the Alumni Club members.
  • Disseminate information about INJAZ Tunisia events, programs, and volunteer opportunities to club members.
  • Supervise and lead Alumni Club meetings, events, and activities as agreed upon by the club members.
  • Coordinate logistics for guest speakers, workshops, and other club initiatives.
• Reporting:
  • Prepare bi-annual progress reports on the Alumni Club’s activities, membership growth, and engagement with INJAZ Tunisia programs.
  • Submit reports to the designated INJAZ Tunisia staff member as per an established schedule.

Qualifications and Skills

• Must be a current university student and a previous participant in INJAZ Tunisia’s programs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Team player with a collaborative spirit.
• Passion for INJAZ Tunisia’s mission and goals.

Reporting Line:

The Alumni Club Focal Person will report to the Education Officer at INJAZ Tunisia.

Term:

The term for the Alumni Club Focal Person will be one year.

Renewal of the term will be based on an electoral system.
