FSVC is looking to hire a highly motivated Administrative Assistant to join its Tunisian branch.
Job Description:
- Provides administrative and logistical support for projects and programs within a business-oriented environment.
- Processes financial documents including contracts, expense reports, ledgers, invoices, etc.
- Conducts research and provides administrative support to staff members in regards to project and programmatic efforts.
- Helps prepare project materials: translation of document, presentations, meeting materials…
- Performs other related duties as required.
Critères d'éligibilité
- 2+ years of experience in an international organization, NGO or consulting firm.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with demonstrated expertise in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both French and English.
- Communicates with colleagues and third parties effectively and professionally.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure, juggle and prioritize multiple projects and adjust work accordingly, often against tight deadlines.
- Must be self-motivated. Ability to represent the firm well to external organizations and counterparts.
