FSVC is looking to hire a highly motivated Administrative Assistant to join its Tunisian branch.

Job Description:

  • Provides administrative and logistical support for projects and programs within a business-oriented environment.
  • Processes financial documents including contracts, expense reports, ledgers, invoices, etc.
  • Conducts research and provides administrative support to staff members in regards to project and programmatic efforts.
  • Helps prepare project materials: translation of document, presentations, meeting materials…
  • Performs other related duties as required.

شروط الترشّح

  • 2+ years of experience in an international organization, NGO or consulting firm.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with demonstrated expertise in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in both French and English.
  • Communicates with colleagues and third parties effectively and professionally.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, juggle and prioritize multiple projects and adjust work accordingly, often against tight deadlines.
  • Must be self-motivated. Ability to represent the firm well to external organizations and counterparts.
