FHI 360 is currently recruiting for the position of Human Resources Associate I for the Tunisia Country Office.

Job Summary

The HR assistant duties involve a wide range of support activities inside our admin department, from maintaining our employee database to posting job ads. An important part of your role will be to act as the liaison between HR and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and questions.

Position Responsibilities

  • Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications
  • Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process
  • Preparing new employee files
  • Ensure that all staff personnel records are properly maintained and regularly updated.
  • Drafting new labor contracts and amendments for national staff
  • Briefing in terms of HR /Admin procedures and mandatory documents
  • Organizing and keeping track of health insurance related documents for national staff
  • Feed and update databases
  • Monitor and update staff leave balance.
  • Update and maintain staff list.

Critères d'éligibilité

  • High School/GED Diploma or International Equivalent.
  • 0 – 3 Years of related experience.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), e-mail, telephone, printer, calculator, copier, cell phones.
  • Prior work experience in a non-governmental organization (NGO)
  • Knowledge of general HR administrative work practices and methods gained through relevant technical training and experience.
  • Good communication skills and a basic understanding of HR principles and their application in order to respond to and resolve general HR queries.
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with a wide range of individuals in order to provide a high-quality support service.
  • Fluency in English and French.
