Job Title: Communication Specialist
Project: Tunisia Resilience and Community Empowerment (Ma3an)

BASIC FUNCTION OF POSITION:

In coordination with the Communication Department of Ma3an Project, the Communication Specialist will assist in the creation and delivery of memorandums, organizational materials and announcements, events and other deliverables. Focuses on developing and delivering clear, concise and coordinated organizational messaging across multiple communications tools and on fostering opportunities for dialogue between parties. Works across all communications platforms, including email, website, social media platforms in relation with Ma3an Project. Plans and coordinates meetings and events as needed.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Research and writes social media communications that promote the activities of the organization.
• Provide publicity and promotional support for special events related to ma3an project
• Support the development and implementation of communications and public relations strategies to promote and publicize Ma3an activities
• Contribute to the content development of promotional and informational materials
• Applies understanding of operations to improve material’s depth and relevance to target audience.
• Ensure photography and video coverage of all Ma3an activities
• Develops best communication methods for sharing information across different parties of ma3an project
• Create video / photo / graphic content
• Develops and implements communications and public relations strategies
