El Space: 

EL Space Social Innovation Hub is dedicated to making a  leading sustainable community 

through entrepreneurship and innovation. 

Acting as a catalyst for social entrepreneurship and  innovation within the ecosystem, EL Space 

is committed to empowering inclusive entrepreneurs and  innovators by hosting, training and 

offering networking opportunities as well as designing  integrated and impactful programs. 

Background Project: 

The green and resilient economic empowerment navigator  project aims to bridge the gap between the graduated  students and the market needs, fosters effective exchange of  innovative ideas between stakeholders and ensures a fast 

transition to a cleaner and greener economy. 

These outcomes can be achieved through a unique strategy  dissected in two major steps; the implementation of a  cleantech cluster in Tunisia and the capacity building of  graduate in the cleantech sectors (water management,  solar/wind energy, waste management and energy efficient). 

Functions and Tasks of the Experts: 

Review desk research and provide constructive feedbacks and recommendations on stakeholders mapping to make  necessary adjustments.

Provides Training for students on the future skills in energy efficiency sector. 

Support completing and facilitating access to energy efficiency  actors. 

Expert will be part of committee evaluation for the assessment of  the needs of the different stakeholders. 

• Help with the decision making 

of candidates retained for 

the cluster. 

Who Can Express Interest? 

• Ability to carry out energy surveys of industries in public and private sector. 
• Experience in converting,transmitting and supplying useful  energy to meet the needs for 

electricity. 

• Expertise in preparing feasibility studies and cost estimates. Experience in working in projects involving 

many stakeholders 

.Developing ways of improving existing processes for energy efficiency. 

Ability to meet deadlines (April/July 2021) and interact efficiently  with the team members of the 

project.
