Edhiafa is an association which unit’s tourism accommodations (bed and breakfast, camps, lodgings, boutique hotels…) in Tunisia. Edhiafa’s mission is to:
- advocates for alternative tourism sector development and growth;
- members’ business development and services uplifting;
- sector representation vis a vis authorities and legislative adjustments to facilitate sector growth and contribution to local tourism sector.
Edhiafa wishes to recruit an ‘Executive Director’ which will be responsible for:
- Planning, organization, and direction of the Edhiafa’s operations and programs.
- Growth and retention of members
- Manage Edhiafa’s accounting, procedures, and operational reporting/metrics to funders and members.
- Oversees and reports on the organization’s results to board of directors.
- Prepares accurate and timely analyses of membership status, payments and platform presence
- Manages Edhiafa team including projects coordinator and/or community manager.
- Represents Edhiafa, whenever applicable, during Edhiafa presentations or follow meetings with financial institutions, government institutions or other whenever needed.
- Travels all over Tunisia to present Edhiafa and meet/recruit new members, ensure best members satisfaction vis a vis Edhiafa services.
- Ensures that services and funding relationships are robust enough to meet or exceed strategic goals and objectives.
