Presentation of KOICA:

The Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) was established in 1991 as a government organization for Official Development Assistance (ODA) to improve the effectiveness of the Republic of Korea’s grant assistance programs for developing countries by implementing government grant assistance and technical cooperation programs. Present in 47 countries, KOICA provides rich and authentic experiences of Korea’s economic development.

Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) is seeking to recruit a Driver.

General information about the position:

Your mission:

• Provide professional, safe, attentive, and courteous driving service.
• Use vehicles responsibly and professionally.
• Perform daily vehicle maintenance and submit preventive maintenance reports.
• Ensure that the vehicle has all legally required documents.
• Transport KOICA staff, and deliver or collect mail, parcels, and documents.
• Perform various errands (purchases, payments, mail dispatches, etc.).
• Provide administrative support to the project secretariat as needed.
• Assist with logistics during events, seminars, or missions.
• Maintain up-to-date records of vehicle maintenance and usage, and inform the manager of upcoming services.
• Have good knowledge of local service providers and public administrations.
• Travel throughout Tunisia as needed.

Eligibility criteria:

• Hold a valid driving license for at least 3 years
• Have at least 3 years of experience with an NGO, international organization or an embassy.
• Be in good physical and mental health to perform the duties of the position.
• Good knowledge of Tunisian cities and regions.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle mechanical maintenance.
• Excellent knowledge of traffic regulations.
• Good command of French and English required
• Strong sense of organization, discretion, and confidentiality.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with precision and reliability.
• Initiative, good listening skills, and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Discipline, diligence, punctuality, and availability.
• Flexibility and ability to travel frequently throughout Tunisia.
