The Contract Manager ensures robust financial, contractual, and compliance management of the Danish Arab Partnership Programme (DAPP) Youth Inclusion and Employment Project (YIEP) in Tunisia. As a senior member of the DAPP project team, the role provides operational oversight of financial and contractual systems, leading corporate project management to enable efficient and compliant delivery in line with client and DRC standards.
The Contract Manager acts as Budget Holder, manages subcontract agreements, and oversees financial and operational compliance, ensuring seamless integration of DAPP within DRC’s country office systems. Working closely with the Economic Recovery Manager, who serves as Project Director, and the DAPP Project Manager (PM), the CM contributes to the effective governance and delivery of DAPP. The role will be the technical support of the HQ Commercial Contracts team.
