As part of an integrated Libya-Tunisia programme, Danish Refugee Council started working in Tunisia since March 2011 concentrating on providing a range of services to third-country nationals who were asylum seekers in Libya and who escaped conflict and persecution during the Libyan Revolution by crossing into Tunisia.
Reporting to the MEAL Manager and under the supervision of the Information Management Officer (IMO), the ICT4P / Assessment Officer is responsible to provide technical support to the implementation of a project aiming at protecting and promoting the safety, rights and agency of Libyan IDPs and vulnerable local non-displaced populations. To this end, the ICT4P Officer will act as the focal point for the IDP protection database, coding necessary revisions in assessment forms, debugging forms, as well as cleaning, aggregation and compilation of the dataset. Develop and update the online database, provide dashboards and draft reports based on the dataset. Produce visual materials with aggregate data to support communication and reporting.
