La Fabrique Art Studio is offering up to six months internship and inclusive learning working place to support the team to make the next move.

About La Fabrique

La Fabrique is a community-driven art and culture space for artists from Tunisia and beyond that supports emerging artists and musicians especially women and non-binary persons through training, artistic and cultural collaborations and networking. La Fabrique Art Studio hosts Creatives Unlimited, DJ Academy for Girls, Hip Hop Academy for Girls and FeMENA network for female creatives in the digital arts.

Core responsibilities

• Produce compelling and SEO-friendly content (posts, blogs, videos, webpage copy, newsletter, etc.) with snappy teaser text to retain engagement and traffic to our website in support of the organization’s mission.
• Profile and better engage with current communities and target audience.
• Distribute written content through the organization’s various media platforms.
• Develop sources for content production and perform fact check for all written content.
• Support mapping female creatives in digital music and visual art from the MENA region and diaspora
• Support the creation of the MENA region database for female artists in digital music
• Draft and edit content for external communication purposes
• Write, review, edit, and update content for La Fabrique Newsletter, social media, Medium blog, podcast, etc…
• Support the research and interviews to learn more about current challenges and opportunities in the music industry
• Use social media to engage with the creative community in the MENA region and beyond
• Monitor social media and La fabrique Art Studio website metrics
• Support the coordination of La Fabrique Art Studio activities including the DJ Academy for Girls

Main qualifications

• Passionate about arts, culture, creative entrepreneurship and empowering women female artists
• Graphic design skills (Canvas, Kenba, etc…)
• Excellent written skills in French, English and Arabic
• Excellent written communication skills
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Currently enrolled in the university with business, journalism, marketing or humanities, technology and arts background interests

Where:

• La Fabrique Art Studio is in Tunis downtown with some remote assignments.
• Our DJ Academy for Girls courses are taking place on the weekends
