1. Context and Rationale

As part of the Climat Camp project, implemented by the National Dialogue Academy Association and the Oxygène Association, and funded by the Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedom, we aim to strengthen the capacities of key stakeholders on critical topics related to community resilience, ecology, nature-based solutions, climate justice, and artisanal fishing. To achieve this, a training session and two practical workshops (over three half-days) will be organized during a mini-camp in Cap Sirrat, targeting young participants to deepen their understanding of these topics and promote knowledge and experience sharing.

2. Mission Objectives

The selected consulting firm will be responsible for:

• Designing and delivering a training program tailored to the participants’ needs on the defined topics.
• Facilitating two practical workshops to ensure a better grasp of the covered concepts.
• Providing participatory tools and methodologies to foster effective interaction with participants.

3. Scope of Work

The mission will include:

• A theoretical training session covering the following topics:
  • Resilient communities
  • Ecology and nature-based solutions
  • Climate justice
  • Artisanal fishing and sustainability
• Two practical workshops, incorporating case studies, participatory exercises, and simulations.

4. Expected Deliverables

• A detailed program for the training and workshops.
• Educational materials and training tools.
• A final report, including an evaluation of the sessions and recommendations.

5. Required Profile

The consulting firm must meet the following criteria:

• Proven experience in training and workshop facilitation on the mentioned topics.
• Expertise in participatory and educational approaches.
• Ability to adapt content to the participants’ profiles.
