Association description :Euro-Mediterranean-Arab Association (EMA e.V.) is a regional association for German businesspeople and entrepreneurs engaged in fostering cooperation and international understanding between Germany, Europe, and the Mediterranean and Middle East region. It connects economic, political, and academic decision makers and multipliers from a variety of countries and sectors.
Assignment:Design and implementation of the Online Communications & Digital Marketing Training Program for our partner the Club DSI in Tunisia

The current call for applications targets consultants/ team of consultants/ Agencies with relevant CSO experience in the field of communication, online communication and digital skills, with the purpose of designing and implementing a communication, Online Communications & Digital Marketing Training Program, with the aim of increasing our partner’s capacity to ensure the sustainability and visibility of their projects at national, regional and international levels.
The suggested topics to be addressed during the program can be focused on;
Communication in general – its types and approaches, channels, appropriate strategies
Online communications – creative approaches to modern print, visual, video and audio content, online tools, instruments and platforms, online/ social media campaigns, project specific campaigns and communication plans, etc.
Digital marketing – SEO, SEM, data analytics, for increasing beneficiaries & stakeholders’ reach and engagement in online activities etc.
The training program will be held (in a hybrid form both in person and online/ exclusively online).
The assignment of the consultant / team of consultants/ Agency include the following mandatory activities:
– Develop the detailed program and methodology for the training program on communication, online communications and digital marketing;
– Conduct the Training, provide for timesheets and pictures for each day of the training;
– Provide a toolkit with resources on the main issues addressed during the training, which can be disseminated to other partners;
– Provide a documentation and evaluation report of the training period containing the following information: persons involved, time, place and duration of the measure, objectives, results, procedure, recommendations for further action and, if necessary, documenting documents such as lists of participants, programs, certificates, photos, etc..
In addition to the training, the selected candidate (s) will have to perform a personalized consultation with these specific tasks:
-Audit the current communication in place and provide recommendations
-Provide a general communication strategy for the association as a whole
-Elaborate an annual communication plan according to their activities
-Provide an estimate budget for paid ads
-Take the lead of their social media platforms for 3 months (content production…)
-Create ready-to use templates
-Advice on automation tools
– Develop relationships with journalists, publications, and key players in ICT circles, and the mass media;
Conduct any other assignments related to knowledge management, marketing, communications, branding and outreach, as may be required.
Remark: The training has to be delivered in French or Arabic.
III. DELIVERABLES
– The program and methodology for the Communication, Online Communications & Digital Marketing Training Program;
– The toolkit with resources on the main issues addressed during the training;
– The evaluation report of the training period with recommendations to improve the program for future editions. The activities and all materials will be delivered in French
-The analysis of the audit’s results and recommendations
-The general communication and marketing strategy
-The annual communication plan
-The paid communication estimated budget
-A two-week progress report on the lead taking mission
-At least 7 ready to use templates (Posts, celebrations, newsletter, activity presentation, guest presentation, event announcement, partnership announcement…)
-Provide a media (radio, journalists…) contact portfolio
PAYMENT:
The proposed payment scheme for the campaign will be billed progressively upon completion of the following milestones:

IV.RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Perform the tasks part of this consultancy with professionalism and in timely manner, according to a calendar agreed with EMA;
– Provide the deliverables established in this ToR.
