Company for Employment & Internship Matching Services – Ready for Tomorrow Project
1. Background
WeYouth Organization is a non-governmental, non-profit, and non-political organization established since 2013. Our mission is to foster the autonomy, participation, and leadership of young people in Tunisia. WeYouth operates in various strategic areas, including civic engagement, peacebuilding, gender equality and social inclusion, youth economic empowerment, and education. Our commitment is to support the positive development of young individuals, equipping them with the tools they need to play an active role in creating more inclusive and dynamic communities.
2. Project Context
The ‘Ready For Tomorrow’ project is funded by Action Aid Arab Region (AAAR) in partnership with the Danish Arab Partnership Programme (DAPP) and WeYouth Organization. Its main objective is to improve youth employment indicators in the governorates of Sfax, Gabès, Médenine, Tataouine, and Tozeur.
The project aims to enhance youth employability by implementing various initiatives and activities, such as delivering professional training, promoting access to sustainable job opportunities, raising awareness about youth rights in the labor market, and supporting job seekers through tailored guidance.
3. Objectives of the Assignment
The objective of this assignment is to contract a qualified company to implement a full employment and internship matching service for 350 youth beneficiaries who have completed hard skills training. The assignment focuses on matching youth with paid opportunities only, and ensuring follow-up on their employment status.
4. Scope of Work
The selected company will be responsible for:
- Receiving and reviewing the list of 350 trained youth beneficiaries.
- Conducting individual outreach (phone calls) to:
- Assess profiles, skills, and career goals
- Identify employment preferences and constraints
- Analyzing participants’ needs and segmenting profiles.
- Identifying and securing paid job and paid internship opportunities relevant to participants.
- Performing tailored matching between candidates and opportunities.
- Contacting and guiding beneficiaries through the application or placement process.
- Conducting systematic follow-up calls to track:
- Employment or internship placement
- Retention and status updates
- Maintaining a detailed tracking database of all participants.
- Providing regular updates to WeYouth on progress.
5. Deliverables
The company is expected to deliver:
- A complete and updated database including:

- Matching results
- Employment/internship status
- A final comprehensive report including:

- Methodology used
- Matching process and results
- Challenges and recommendations
- A KPI performance report, including:

- At least 350 youth contacted and profiled
- At least 350 youth matched with paid opportunities
- At least 60 youth successfully employed
6. Qualifications
- Proven experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Familiarity with youth employment programs or internship initiatives is an asset.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using Excel or Google Sheets
7. Eligibility Criteria (Company Only)
- The applicant must be a registered company with a valid matricule fiscal (tax registration number)
- Proven experience in:
- Recruitment, HR services, or job placement
- Employment or internship matching programs
- Strong network with employers and private sector actors
- Proven experience working with youth employment projects is an asset
- Capacity to manage large-scale outreach and follow-up

8. Timeline
The assignment should be completed within 8 to 10 weeks from the contract signature.
