Being part of the Startup Haus Tunisia space, the community coordinator isn’t really an accurate title. This role is not to manage a group of members, as much as it is to be a connector, to listen, to know who needs what, and to motivate members to help each other to solve problems.
Responsibilities
- Creating a warm and welcoming environment within the community.
- Create a sense of belonging by managing community initiatives designed to develop member relationships
- Attract future clients and retain current ones
- Programing and organizing networking events, conferences and other activities in Startup Haus
- Create events within the community (Training session, yoga sessions,etc…)
- Manage the social media community (FB, instagram, Twitter)
- Prepare surveys to collect feedback from the community and visitors
- Be the community’s “go to person” and make it unique and collaborative – both internally and externally
- Assist with creating an amazing customer experience within our community and properties
- Ensure that the entire location is fully operational and processes are running smoothly
- Preserve the highest level of service to our members
- Coordinate an on-going efforts with operations and maintenance at Startup Haus
- Take an active role in the growth of the Startup Haus community
- Conduct tours and closing deals
- Constantly look for new offers and benefits for our growing community and convey the message to the members
- Flexibility to work at occasional evening or weekend events.
