Financial Services Volunteer Corps (FSVC) and its local entity (Emerging Consulting) are looking to hire a junior, talented Community Management and Communication Specialist in anticipation of its upcoming program to support effective and accountable government institutions in Tunisia.   Reporting to FSVC’s regional director, the incumbent’s main role is to transcribe project’s information into meaningful content for project’s stakeholders.   The applicant is also expected to provide a general administrative, logistical and coordination support as appropriate.

Responsibilities:

  • Set and implement social media and communication campaigns
  • Provide engaging text, image and video content for social media accounts
  • Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner
  • Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews
  • Organize and participate in events to build community and boost awareness
  • Develop an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics
  • Designing posts to sustain readers’ curiosity and creating buzz around new events
  • Keep project’s team up to date on the best voice, platforms and tools on social media.
  • Performs other related duties as required.

A not-for-profit, public private partnership, FSVC structures practical, demand-driven technical assistance and training missions staffed by senior financial sector professionals who serve a unpaid volunteers, ensuring the delivery of objective, state-of-the-art assistance.

 

Critères d'éligibilité

  • “Limit is the sky” mind-set
  • BSc degree in relevant field ( e.g., marketing)
  • Excellent writing skills in both English and Arabic ( this will be tested)
  • Prior work experience as a community manager (building an online forum, creating an event series and writing an email newsletter)
  • Experience in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, InDesign, Dreamweaver, etc.
  • Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics (e.g. repeat attendance at events)
  • Excellent verbal and visual communication skills
