FHI360 implements the USAID funded program Ma3an- For community Resilience, in partnership with the Presidency of the Government. Ma3an aims to increase the capacity of 30 of Tunisia’s most vulnerable communities to withstand political, social, and economic stresses and shocks. Ma3an provides community stakeholders, including youth, civil society, government, and private sector representatives, with the tools and resources needed to collectively identify and collaborate to address community-specific vulnerabilities, to harness public and private sector resources for sustainable development, and to ultimately become more socially cohesive and resilient.

Consultancy Summary:

FHI360 is currently recruiting a short-term consultant to facilitate a strategic discussion to create a program common vision with Government of Tunisia based on existing Ma3an scope and workplan. The consultant will work under the supervision of Ma3an Deputy Chief of Party.

The consultant will be hired for a period of 10 days starting 11 February 2020.

The consultant will be responsible for the tasks below:

• Briefing with PM Office and Ma3an team on workplan and expectations for the workshops (½ day)
• Prepare Common Vision workshop agenda, which include (1 day)
• Facilitate the Common Vision workshop (1 day)
• Produce synthesis report with clear recommendations for a joint vision (7 days)
