Coinsence.org is looking a Senior Project Manager with significant experience in civil society to work on organizing the teamwork as well as monitoring and evaluating the KPI flow.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Responsible for formulating business strategies and goals.
• Responsible for outlining the competencies needed to achieve these goals.
• Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of specific projects including management and delivery of project milestones.
• Responsible for effectively managing and maintaining the appropriate cost budget to achieve goals.
• Responsible for identifying core competencies: these competencies which the organization must have in-house.
• Responsible for monitoring and managing the ongoing requirements for organizational capability.
