Call for Tender – ACTED Retour vers les opportunités

ACTED (Agency for Technical Cooperation and Development) is implementing several projects in Libya and is inviting suppliers of services to submit offers for the following lot for the award of a framework contract of one year:

he tender will be conducted using ACTED standard bidding documents, open to all qualified suppliers and service providers. The Bidding Documents (in English) are available for download from the ACTED website at www.acted.org under the section “Tender” or can be collected free of charge by all interested bidders from ACTED office at the following address: Immeuble Nour Rue du Corail les berges du Lac 2 Appartement 1-1Tunis, Tunisie Potential bidders are encouraged to consult the ACTED website regularly for potential modification to the present tender and/or the bidding documents. 

All bids must be submitted before 24/07/2020 at 5 PM (Local Tunisia time) at the address mentioned above in a sealed envelope with the mention ‘T/FWA/14/18/Drinkable water/TUN/03072020– not to be opened before 27/07/2020 or by e-mail at Libya.tender@acted.org, Cc tender@acted.org. Late Bids will be automatically rejected. 

ACTED Tunisie will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to ACTED. 

A tender opening session will take place on 27/07/2020 at 4.30 PM (Local Tunisia time) at ACTED Tunisia/Libya representative office: Immeuble Nour, rue de Corail les berges du Lac 2, Appartement 1-1 Tunis, Tunisie. 

Bidders may attend this opening session in which submissions are opened and deemed eligible for consideration based on the administrative requirements. Please send an email no later than 22/07/2020 at 5.00 PM (Local Tunisia time) to Libya.tender@acted.org Cc tender@acted.org to register interest in attending, ACTED Tunisie will then inform you if this date changes.
