Marketing Services for Soliya – Website Enhancement, Social Media Management, and Community Building

Overview
Soliya, a leading organization focused on promoting dialogue and collaboration through virtual exchange programs, is seeking proposals from innovative marketing firms to enhance our digital presence. Our goal is to optimize our website, elevate our social media engagement, and expand our community outreach efforts. We invite experienced marketing companies to submit their proposals to provide comprehensive digital marketing solutions tailored to our unique needs.

Proposal Requirements:

Interested firms should submit the following in their proposal:

• Detailed outline of proposed strategies and services for website enhancement, social media management, and community building.
• Examples of previous work or case studies that demonstrate experience and success in similar projects.
• Proposed project timeline and milestones.
• Team qualifications and experience, highlighting any relevant skills or expertise.
• Detailed pricing structure including any potential additional costs.

 Evaluation Criteria:
Proposals will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

• Relevance and innovation of proposed strategies.
• Proven track record with similar projects and client testimonials.
• Cost-effectiveness and value for money.
• Team expertise and organizational capability to handle the project.
• Quality and clarity of the proposal document.

Scope of Services:

The selected marketing company will be responsible for the following key areas:

• Website Enhancement:
  • Redesign elements of the website interface to improve user experience and accessibility.
  • Optimize site architecture and content for search engines.
  • Create new engaging content reflecting recent programmatic updates responding to current events.
• Social Media Management:
  • Develop and implement a dynamic social media strategy to increase engagement on platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Create and curate interactive content that is timely and relevant, and actively engages our community, partners and clients. 
  • Create engaging content that promotes our programs and value proposition.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance.
  • Engage with our community actively and thoughtfully to foster a positive online environment.
• Community Building:
  • Implement strategies to grow our online community and strengthen participant engagement.
  • Coordinate with our team to organize virtual events that align with our mission.
  • Partner with like-minded organizations and influencers to expand our outreach.

Proposals must be submitted via email to finance@soliya.net by June 15th, 2024. Please ensure that your proposal is complete and adheres to the requirements stated above. Late submissions will not be considered.
