PRESENTATION OF THE ORGANIZATION

Dancers Citizens South (DCS) is a progressive youth movement from Tunisia founded in the form of an independent association on May 31, 2015, concerned with youth and seeks through its projects to integrate them in public life and to consolidate individual rights and freedoms by strengthening their artistic abilities in the performing and visual arts sector, helping them develop their experiences and provide opportunities for them, and contributing to the creation of a vital and participatory cultural scene to support true decentralization in difficult and marginalized areas.

As an intern at Dancers Citizen South, you’ll have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and dedicated team, develop new skills, and gain valuable experience.

COMMUNITY MANAGER INTERN

We are looking for a passionate and well-driven community manager to join our communications team !!!

Community Manager Responsibilities:

* Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms and website

* Assist with community management, responding to messages and feedback

* Analyze and measure the success of our online presence

* Write and post daily updates, promotions, and other content on social media platforms

* Develop and maintain a content calendar

* Collaborate with other departments to ensure our organization’s consistency

* Stay up-to-date with industry trends

* Enhance and maintain our online presence

* Help with creating, editing, and scheduling social media campaigns.

Community Manager Requirements:

* Experience with social media management

* Good content writing skills in Arabic, French and English

* Experience with social media management

* knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels

* Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

* Understanding of the target audience and the ability to create content that appeals to them

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Knowledge of the techniques of monitoring and research

* Ability to analyze and interpret website traffic and social media metrics
