  • General objective: to promote social inclusion and professional integration, in order to counter the effects of marginalization and economic and social exclusion.

Professional capacity building path:

Goals:

The proposed support path aims to:

  • Identify the most suitable sector and company / organization for the beneficiary;
  • Strengthen the specific capacities of the beneficiary in line with the identified employment sector;
  • Support the actual hiring of beneficiaries

Selection criteria for project leaders:

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Be installed in the Governorates of Grand Tunis (Tunis, Ben Arous, Ariana and Mannouba), Mahdia, Sousse, Sfax, Gabes, Medenine and Tataouine.
  • Present a CV and / or an idea of ​​the sector / company / organization in which the beneficiary wishes to be supported.
  • In order to strengthen social and economic inclusion: people who find themselves in vulnerable situations will be given special consideration (by way of non-exhaustive example: situations of economic difficulty, situations of social and / or health vulnerability, family with one or more dependent children, families with only one parent and one or more dependent children, etc.).

PHASES OF THE PROFESSIONAL SUPPORT:

  • Phase 1: Identification of needs in terms of employment / internship / apprenticeship / study
    • For the benefit of 60 participants (women and men).
    • Objective: to identify the sector, company and / or organization in which the participant wishes to be supported. The identification will also relate to an assessment of the skills of the participant.
  • Phase 2: Support for hiring and granting of apprenticeship / internship / study grants
    • For the benefit of 30 participants (women and men).
    • Objective: the granting of apprenticeship grants is finalized on the one hand to the professional integration of the beneficiaries, and on the other hand to provide internship opportunities in order to improve the technical and specific skills of the participants.
    • Amount and maximum duration of apprenticeship / internship / study grants:
      • Amount: 8100,000 DT
      • Duration: 12 months
    • Amount and minimum duration of apprenticeship / internship / study grants:
      • Amount: 1380,000 DT
      • Duration: 2 months
  • Phase 3: Technical training
    • For the benefit of 30 participants not selected for the granting of apprenticeship / internship / study grants.
    • Objective: To strengthen the specific capacities of participants for better professional integration.
    • Duration: 3 to 5 days
