Call for Expertise – Impact Measurement & Management (IMM) Expert
Impact Partner is launching the 2nd edition of its GrowImpact – Investment Readiness Program, supporting growth-stage social enterprises to scale their business and impact. A key component is to equip selected enterprises with practical Impact Measurement & Management (IMM) systems to strengthen credibility with investors and improve decision-making.
Assignment (Oct 2025 – Jan 2026)
The selected expert will design and deliver an IMM learning journey for 5 social enterprises, combining group training, one-on-one coaching, and practical tools. Support will cover:

Stakeholder mapping & materiality analysis

Theory of Change design

Defining outcomes & SMART indicators

Developing data collection & reporting plans

Drafting an impact reporting outline
Deliverables
Each enterprise will produce a stakeholder map, Theory of Change, list of outcomes/indicators, and a draft impact report outline.

Profile Required

Proven expertise in IMM, impact evaluation, and ToC design

Experience in impact investing & work with social enterprises/NGOs in MENA (Tunisia preferred)

Strong facilitation & coaching skills

Fluency in English & French (Arabic an asset)
