In this context, FHI 360 seeks to empower Tunisian youth with the skills and knowledge to leverage social media for financial gain.
- Project Overview:
FHI 360 is initiating a workshop to educate Tunisian youth on the strategies and techniques required to monetize their presence on various social media platforms. The goal is to equip them with the tools needed to transform their online activities into viable sources of income.
- Objectives:
The primary objectives of this engagement are as follows:
- To provide Tunisian youth with insights into the potential for income generation through social media platforms.
- To impart practical knowledge on content creation, audience engagement, and effective monetization strategies.
- To foster entrepreneurial skills among youth by teaching them to develop personal brands and utilize online platforms.
- Scope of Work:
The selected agency will be responsible for:
- Providing a 2-days workshop for the training program beneficiaries with 2 renowned content creators for exchange of best practices and exposure to professional experiences. The renowned content creators need to be working on engaged and meaningful content on social media platforms.
- Designing and delivering a comprehensive workshop curriculum.
- Covering various social media platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and others.
- Providing practical guidance on creating engaging content, growing a following, and maintaining audience interest.
- Teaching strategies for collaborating with brands, securing partnerships, and generating revenue through sponsored content.
- Facilitating interactive sessions that encourage participants to apply the acquired knowledge.
- Workshop Details:
- The workshop will consist of 2 days.
- It will be targeted at Tunisian youth between the ages of [18 to 30].
- The content should be tailored to suit participants with varying levels of social media familiarity.
- Deliverables:
The agency or social media influencers are expected to provide the following:
- A detailed workshop outline, including session topics and activities.
- Engaging presentations and interactive materials for participants.
- Practical case studies and success stories related to social media monetization.
- A post-workshop report summarizing participant engagement and outcomes.
- Payment Terms:
FHI360 standard payment method is 30 days following the accepted service delivery and invoice reception.

- Financial offer:
The Vendor may submit his price offer without VAT. FHI360 is exempted from VAT tax.
The price offer should be complete and include all expenses needed to ensure the service (such as transportation, administration or other expenses)
- Submission Requirements:
Applicants should submit the following documents:
- A detailed proposal outlining the workshop’s structure, content, and methodology.
- CVs or profiles of the facilitators with relevant experience in social media and content monetization.
- Examples of previous workshops or training sessions conducted.
- Selection Criteria:
Proposals will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
- Relevance and comprehensiveness of the proposed workshop content (40%)
- Demonstrated experience and expertise of the facilitators (30%)
- Clarity and effectiveness of the proposed methodology (20%)
- Budget considerations (10%)
