          Job Duration : 3 Months

          Modality: Office or field Work 2 Days per week & Remote work 3 Days per week

          Place: REDSTART TUNISIE-3 RUE EL KAWAKIBI-1002 TUNIS

Job Summary: The Business Development associate – Internship Program works as part of the Business Development Strategist team of Seketak Solutions. The assistant works closely with the CEO and team on overall Business development activities of the organization, including the development and implementation of a 3 – 5-year fundraising & Partnership strategy, development, and maintenance of effective partnerships, accreditation, and awards relevant to the organization’s vision.

Scope of Work :

          Lead the internal coordination and communication between departments & Monitor & Update Implementation Plan deadlines.

          Assist Seketak Solutions’ strategy on developing formalizing the infrastructure of business programs and projects.

          Assist in developing fundraising plans and implementation strategies and their portfolio, assist in organizing fundraising activities from crowdfunding, zero-cost initiatives, and income generation projects.

          Identify and explore donor pools and new project opportunities

          Assist in writing grant proposals and manage their submission

          Assist in planning fund-raising events such as dinners, receptions, meetings, social initiatives in the community, and campaigns from different channels…

          Assist in creating partnerships and collaborations with private, public, and non-profit entities.

          Assist in ensuring that the organization develops and maintains a high, favorable public profile and is promoted, in the local media, to potential funders, beneficiaries, partners, and the local community.

          Monitoring & Evaluation for the running project

          Represent Seketak Solutions in national and international conferences and meetings.

          Conduct Research, Feasibility Studies, and projections for new opportunities or new business solutions and products and identify platforms to present our work on.

          Networking and partnership meetings with updates on the main strategies of UN agencies

          Identify the accreditation, Awards, and publications that contribute to the organization’s positioning.

          Assist in producing the SOPs for the different activities/ Programs in coordination with Operations.

          Assist in updating the business plan and strategic Plan quarterly

          Reporting monthly, quarterly, and annually on the achievements
