Following the increase in importance of learning English, the market in Tunisia has slightly changed and British Council Tunisia has now different competitors and alternatives for people to learn English. To better target our various audiences (students, ministries, institutions, etc.) we need to improve our marketing and communication methods and also design appropriate marketing and communications programmes to reach them. For this aim, it’s mandatory to ensure that we know in depth and understand our audience and customer groups and in general the whole learning English market.
Accountabilities, responsibilities and main duties are outlined in the attached Role Profile.
