ACTED is requesting through this tender a company to provide detailed written quotations for the procurement of the below services for a legal services.

The answers to this tender should include the following elements:

• The attached Offer Form template filled in, signed and stamped on all pages including: all product specifications, price per unit, quantity proposed and unit, and total price;
• The present Instruction to bidders signed and stamped on all pages;
• The company’s certificate of registration provided by the government of Tunisia
• A written quotation including all the product specifications, the unit and price per unit in TND.
• A catalogue or sample of the product or if there are different options, a sample or catalogue of each option;
• An ID copy of the legal representative

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

1. The closing date of this tender is fixed on Friday 6th APRIL at 4PM (Tunisia time) in ACTED office at the following address :

2. Offers shall be submitted in English and in TND, VAT excluded and VAT included.
3. Bidders will fill all items in the lot, otherwise the offer will not be considered as eligible.
4. Bidders will fill, sign, stamp each page and return the Offer form according to ACTED’s format.
5. Bidders will sign and return all pages of the Product Specifications for which they apply.
6. The offer to the call for tender will not result in the award of a contract.
7. Unsealed envelopes and late offers will not be considered.
8. The Number of (Quantities) are indicative and are subject to change.
9. The offer must be submitted to ACTED Tunisia/Libya purchase department in a sealed envelope with the mention “T/FWA/1499/Drinkable water bottle/TUN/23-032018– not to be opened before 09/04/2018” and the purpose of the offer. Any bid with missing required documents will be automatically rejected.
10. Bidders are invited to attend the Purchase Committee Stage which will be held on the 09/04/2018 at 4PM at the ACTED Tunisia office, in which submissions are opened and deemed eligible for consideration based on the administrative requirements. Please send an email to tender@acted.org to register interest in attending, ACTED TUNISIE will then inform you if this date changes.
11. To report any concerns or issues relating to this tender that wish to remain anonymous please email transparency@acted.org in which emails are received by HQ.
12. To ensure that funds are used exclusively for humanitarian purposes and in accordance with donors’ compliance requirements, all contract offers are subject to the condition that contractors do not appear on anti-terrorism lists, in line with ACTED’s anti-terrorism policy. To this end, ACTED reserves the right to carry out anti-terrorism checks on contractor, its board members, staff, volunteers, consultants, financial service providers and sub-contractor.”
