INJAZ Tunisia is opening a recruitment for a communication expert for the creation of a youth-led communication package for the EU funded project RESET.

About INJAZ Tunisia :

INJAZ Tunisia, a member of “Junior Achievement Worldwide” and its regional operations center “INJAZ Al-Arab”, aims to create a world in which young people have the skillset and mindset to build thriving communities by developing the entrepreneurial culture in Tunisia. 

In partnership with leading companies in the private sector, INJAZ Tunisia equips youth to drive forward the local economy through training designed to inspire them to discover and develop their entrepreneurial potential, and sharpen their professional skills.

INJAZ Tunisia influenced the lives of over 300 thousand students since its inception in 2010. INJAZ is a member of Junior Achievement; the world’s largest and fastest-growing youth business organization dedicated to educating students about workforce readiness, entrepreneurship, and financial literacy through experiential, hands-on programs

About the project 

INJAZ Tunisia joins four other organizations across the Mediterranean to bring the ENI CBC Med project RESET to life. RESET was created in recognition of the Mediterranean accelerating employment and environmental crises; there are various calls for action to create a sustainable and inclusive economy that works for everyone. As the region thrive towards developing and implementing measures for a sustainable green transition, RESET aims to facilitate economic and social development via supporting the creation of sustainable and green businesses. The project will gather, analyse and synthesize learnings regarding ‘what works’ within the field of sustainable and green business support, and seeks to upstream this knowledge effectively. It will support local, national and regional stakeholders to make use of this knowledge to create strategies, policies and regulations to stimulate the green economy. RESET targets seven Mediterranean countries and will address the whole enabling eco-system – from EU projects, local initiatives and policies to national and regional policies and regulations – to capitalize on knowledge related to training, advice, networking services, access to funding and markets, as well as Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) protection, with a focus on women and youth inclusion. 

Objective

Create a youth-led communications package on green and social entrepreneurship: this task requires the creation of a comprehensive communication package focused on youth-oriented organization and engagement. This communication package will be included in the project’s dissemination strategy of the project. 

Main roles: 

  • Works with the project manager to fulfill the project activities, plan, and support growth strategy. 
  •  Develops and delivers presentations to partners and donors.
  •  Follow the performance indicators defined by management (KPI). 
  •  Assure that the required budget is matched with funds mobilized.
  • Create a holistic communication package that compliments the RESET project dissemination plan targeting and engaging youth. 
  • Design innovative and inclusive social and economic practices upholding the role of young entrepreneurs in the generation of new green and circular economy business models.
  • Bridge the gap between educational systems and the changing needs of the entrepreneurial and labour market. 
  • Engage with young community leaders to implement community improvement projects in the scope of Green business and sustainable development 
  • Giving young people real, significant things to do and holding them accountable 
  • Actively engage young people in the project
  • Target NEETS( youth not in employment, education or training
  •  Letting young people know they are making a difference
  •  Investing in training and ongoing support for young people for the long term.

Expected Deliverables

  • A comprehensive communication package focused on youth-oriented engagement and development.

Required qualifications 

  • Preferably advanced degree in the field of Communications, community development or other relevant fields.
  • Strong experience (minimum 3 years) record of accomplishment of development and delivery of creative internal and external communications.
  • Proven social media and networking expertise
  • Excellent communication and written skills in English

Evaluation Criteria

Submitted offers will be evaluated as follows:

  • Assessing the price offers that were submitted by each vendor.
  • Taking into consideration the 40% Score for financial offer, and 60% for technical              aspects (Technical Offer and CV & experience)
  • The selection will be based on the vendor who has the highest score taking into consideration the summation of the technical and financial aspects.

Budget:

The maximum amount per offer is 20.000 € (VAT included)
