Objective of the Consultancy:

FHI360 is looking for psychology and psychotherapy professionals to help staff overcome stress, emotional and relationship problems that can impact their wellbeing until December 2021.

The psychologist/psychotherapist will directly work with interested staff in a confidential manner.

He/She will provide approximately 16 hours of consultancy services per month solely to FHI360 staff.

Responsibilities

The work can be broad in scope and would include but not be limited to:

• Counselling and personal development.
• Coaching and guiding people to better cope with stress and how to reduce or/and prevent it.
• Providing guidance and support during major changes.
• Helping to improve the workplace environment.
• Improving the mental well-being of employees so they feel safe, valued, and equipped to do their job in an effective manner.
• Helping employees to deal with psychological issues in the workplace.
• Assisting employees who are victims of workplace psychological harassment.
• Promoting psychological safety in the workplace in order to make employees feel safe enough to take risks and be vulnerable in front of each other.

Selection Criteria:

• Private practice/clinical experience: 50%
• Academic background: 20%
• Languages: 10% (will be determined via a meeting)
• Financial offer/proposed Hourly rate: 20%
