The Press Club Polska is Searching for participants for a study tour to Poland, to be held on 8-11 October 2014 in Gdynia, Poland, as a part of the « Fix Kairouan. The Civic Fund » project, implemented under Support of Democracy 2014 Programme of Solidarity Fund, financed by Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Poland.
Candidates interested in local initiatives & local communities empowerment, environment management & ecology, local development strategies & public consultations, local economy and jobs creations, social affairs (including PWDs integration), public space arrangements, further an overarching development of non-metropolitan & rural areas of Tunisia.
The programme envisages series of intensive workshops on local authorities/ self-government-NGO job-sharing and local cross-sectional partnerships models, along a short job shadowing/internship at the topic relevant Polish NGOs. Upon successful completion the graduation diplomas are to be awarded!
All visa, insurance, travel & accommodation and board expenses are to be covered the project.
Critères d'éligibilité
- Citizen of Tunisia, possessing a valid passport
- Aged under 35
- Good command of English (oral & written; communication level is an absolute minimum)
- Some experience in NGO sector or local level public administration
- Genuine interest in socio-economic aspects of local development
