L’association Action et développement solidaire recrute un Project Coordinator pour le projet Tunisia88 Retour vers les opportunités

Full-time position based in Tunis, with travel throughout Tunisia.

TUNISIA 88

Tunisia 88 is a project of 88 concerts over 3 years organized through the 24 governorates of Tunisia in collaboration with musicians, with the support of contributors and the support of representatives of civil society (in reference to the eighty- Eight keys of the keyboard of a piano). This project is driven by a double conviction that music cultivates respect for differences, that it enables its practitioners to be world citizens and that it helps to immunize the younger generations against idlenes and violence. These concerts are organized mainly in lycées. At the end of each concert, “Tunisie 88” promotes the creation of a music club within the school concerned, assigns a Tunisian mentor, an international mentor and a student leader to the new club.

Tunisia88 is run under the association ADS.

ADS, Action Développement Solidaire is an organization that works for the inclusion of people from all walks of life through a musical project. “Together, Let us build Tunisia through Modernity, Openness, Solidarity and Performance”. This association was founded by Radhi Meddeb and is the basis of several key ideas of the ‘club’ project, such as the geographical scope of the project, expanded to all 24 governorates.

Tasks      

• Managing coordination of the partners and working groups engaged in project work including the school staff, mentors and Coordinators
• Event Planning: School Concerts, Music Club Meetings and events, Large Scale concerts
• Executing and maintaining a detailed project plan in cooperation with the Musical Director of Operations
• Providing weekly status reports
• Monitoring project progress and performance
• Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives
• Supervise and motivate staff to perform their best
• Identifying opportunities to promote the project
• Work with the Director to coordinate and supervise daily operations
• Consolidate and analyze simple financial statements and results
• Identifying opportunities to promote the project
• Oversee external and internal audits
