PURPOSE OF POSITION:
Reporting to Office manager, the Admin and fi Officer is accountable for leading all day to day financial and administration. This position is also a key support for the accounting cycle; accounting and reporting activities and annual requirements for year-end financials.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Financial Planning / Analysis / Reporting:
Support with the annual budgeting process.
Support with financial forecasts and models.
Ensure appropriate record-keeping and compliance with required financial standards.
Support with monthly payroll preparation.
Day to day administration and support for team members.
Provides accurate and timely expenses.
Financial Controls & Risk Management
Support with the maintain and oversee the Finance Policies and Procedures.
Ensure Finance internal control and safeguards are being followed.
Human Resources
Supports and documents personnel management processes.
Maintains current human resource files, attendance records and vacation taken.
Provides timely advice regarding adherence to established Injaz policies.
Administration
Comply to Injaz Tunisia admin processes.
Lead all administrative activities required to enable Injaz teams to achieves respective objectives.
Procures and manages materials necessary to run office.
Purchases supplies as needed.
Maintains equipment so as to keep in operating order.
Follow the performance indicators defined with management (KPI).
Undertake the inventory and management of equipment.
Position Qualifications:
Required
Master’s degree or equivalent.
At least one year in developing and administering financial administrative systems;
Ability and confidence to enforce financial policies and procedures;
Excellent computer skills – MS Excel and Pastel accounting essential;
Ability to analyses problems and make strategic decisions;
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills.
High level of self-motivation.
Honest and trustworthy.
Strong oral and written communication.
Ability to be creative.
Evidence of problem solving.
Computer literacy.
Self-motivation and an entrepreneurial attitude.
Customer service orientation.
Interest and ability to learn about education and business.

Excellent Arabic, French, and English.
Adhere to Injaz Tunisia Charter of Values and Code of Conduct.
Desired
Understanding of the Tunisian Education system and levers.
Some experience with IS/IT and HR.
