ACTED Tunisia/ Libya has generated a clear TOR/JOB description for each of its departement’s position in order to fully explain the kind of job given for the incumbent, since ACTED requires staff which has the ability to operate effectively  and creatively. The new employed staff needs to confirm and sign his/her TOR , whilst signing the letter of appointment with ACTED Tunisia/ Libya . The philosophy is to clear the concept of each employee regarding  his/her areas of responsabilities within ACTED office. Hereby , you are offered  the TOR for the above assigned job with following responsabilities .

Main Responsabilities : 

• Maintain ACTED Regional office/GH clean and organized.
• Wash bathrooms, mop floors and clean fixtures.
• Sanitize kitchen floor and counters
• Clean office stairs and/or elevators.
• Empty and wash wastepaper baskets and ashtrays.
• Replenish bathroom supplies and disinfect bathroom floor.
• Wash and dry dishes and arrange them in dish cupboards.
• Clean dust and polish furniture and equipement.
• Request repair services for broken fixture and furniture.
• Request replenishment for the cleaning supplies and prepare a list on monthly bases.
• Assist with cleaning supplies procurement, when necessary.
• Other duties as required
