Job Summary
Leaders International is seeking an experienced accountant to oversee the financial management of the organization. The Accountant will work closely with the Finance Manager and will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
– Manage the day-to-day accounting operations of Leaders International in Tunisia
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records of all transactions
– Prepare monthly financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
– Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, including tax laws and reporting requirements
– Monitor cash flow and prepare cash forecasts to ensure adequate funds are available for organizational activities
– Provide support to the Finance Manager in the preparation of budgets and financial plans
– Review and analyze financial data to identify trends and make recommendations for
improvements in financial performance
– Assist with the preparation of financial reports for donors and other stakeholders
– Work with the external auditors during the annual audit process
– Assist in the preparation of grant proposals and reporting to donors
