Workshop on “Problem Solving Skills”
About the session:
“Problems are not stop signs, they are guidelines”. Robert H. Schuller
Problems are the center of people’s careers. They occur at all stages of life and everyone faces them. However, what makes difference between people having problems is the ability to solve them. In order to do so, young entrepreneurs and future managers should learn the basic skills of problem solving.
In the session, we will look at:
What is a problem and when does it happen?
How do we identify a problem? And why problems?
How do we decide and plan for solutions?
How do we implement and review?
