Well, According to the HiiL 2023 Justice Needs Survey 19% of Tunisians have trouble with work-related legal matters, like getting fair treatment at work or getting the right information.
Why support mSMEs ?
Supporting Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (mSMEs) in Tunisia is crucial due to their significant role in the economy, representing around 90% of companies and 65% of employment. However, mSMEs encounter various challenges, including limited access to finance and inadequate support in navigating the legal and regulatory landscape. Improving the environment for mSMEs through legal reforms, increased access to legal services, and judicial process streamlining is essential to address their justice issues and facilitate their growth and contribution to the economy.
But here’s the good news: We’re not just here to talk about problems; we’re here to fix them. For 48 hours, we’re bringing together smart minds passionate about coding, business, and law to find solutions.
