حرمتنا جائحة كورونا العالمية من الاحتجاج من أجل المناخ منذ مارس 2020 ولكنها تدفعنا اليوم للمطالبة بحقوقنا وحقوق الحيوانات التي انكشف عنها غطاء الحلول الترقيعية والوعود الزائفة بعد فترة من الاضطرابات السياسية والظلم الاجتماعي من تجويع وتهميش وتفقير والظلم البيئي من حرائق الغابات والفيضانات والكوارث البيئية التي تؤثر بشكل كبير على الفقراء والطبقات المهمشة.
نحتج يوم الجمعة 19 مارس 2021 لافتقار تشريعاتنا وسياساتنا لخطط بيئية جدية للحد من آثار التغير المناخي، وتجاهل المسؤولين الحكوميين والبرلمانيين لأهمية السلامة المناخية في ضمان حقوق الأجيال القادمة.
نحتج لادراج التربية المناخية في النظام التعليمي العمومي كحق من حقوق الأجيال القادمة في الاستعداد لأكبر مشكلة تواجهها الإنسانية.
نحتج للتنديد بسجن حيوانات البلفيدير وكل حدائق الحيوان الأخرى لتحقيق الربح والترفيه الإنساني. تغير المناخ يحدث الآن ويتفاقم لصمتنا وخضوعنا للظلم. يعاني من عواقبه الأشخاص الأقل امتيازات اجتماعيا وجغرافيا وتنتفع منه الرأسمالية المتوحشة ومنطق الربح قبل صحتنا وحقوقنا في العيش بكرامة وأمان. ندعو جميع الأجيال؛ الأطفال، الشباب والشابات، الكهول والكهلات، كبار السن، النساء والرجال، الفتيات والفتيان، وجميع التلامذة والطلبة للانضمام إلينا في احتجاجنا للمطالبة بحقنا في العيش.

The global Corona pandemic has deprived us of protesting for the sake of climate since March 2020, but it is pushing us today to demand our rights and the rights of animals that have been abused by the temporary solutions and the false promises after a period of political turmoils and social injustices from starvation, marginalization, impoverishment and environmental injustices from forest fires, floods and environmental disasters that affect mainly the poor and the marginalized communities.
On Friday, March 19, 2021, we will protest because our legislation and policies lack serious environmental plans to limit the effects of climate change, and the government and parliamentary officials ignore the importance of climate safety in ensuring the rights of future generations.
We strike to include climate education in the public education system as one of the rights of future generations to prepare for the biggest problem facing humanity.
We strike to condemn the imprisonment of Belvedere animals and all other zoos for profit and human entertainment. Climate change is happening now and is exacerbating our silence and our submission to injustice. Its consequences are suffered by the less privileged socially and geographically. Brutal capitalism and profit logic benefit from it before our health and our rights to live in dignity and safety. We invite all generations; Children, youth, elderly, women and men, and students to join us in our protest to demand our right to live.
